Hello everyone! I鈥檓 so excited to share my latest dining experience with you. It has been a long time since I last had sushi, and honestly, I missed it so much! Between the start of Ramadan, my spiritual journey to Umrah, and my current fasting days, my cravings were at an all-time high.
Yesterday, I finally broke my fast with a massive sushi feast at SushiCo with my cousins. It was an incredible evening!
The Sushi Feast 馃嵄
We ordered a huge variety of rolls. From the crunchy toppings to the fresh salmon and avocado, the table was a dream for any sushi lover. One of my favorite parts of the meal is the sauce ritual. I used to dislike soy sauce, but everything changed when I started mixing it with wasabi. Dipping the sushi into that spicy, salty mixture is just "legendary" (efsane)!
First-Timers at the Table 馃ア
My cousin and his wife tried sushi for the first time last night. Unfortunately, it wasn鈥檛 their cup of tea鈥攖hey didn鈥檛 really like it! But as they say, "one man's trash is another man's treasure." Since they didn't eat much, my sister and I had to finish almost everything on the table.
Even then, there was so much left! We didn鈥檛 want any of it to go to waste, so we got the rest packed. I even ended up having a "midnight sushi snack" once we got back home.
If you haven't tried sushi with a proper wasabi-soy sauce mix yet, you are missing out. It鈥檚 a flavor explosion! I highly recommend giving SushiCo a visit if you鈥檙e looking for a great atmosphere and delicious rolls.
What about you? Are you a sushi fan, or do you side with my cousins on this one? Let me know in the comments!
