Okay, a beautiful Sunday morning and I am enjoying it to the fullest. I do miss the morning jogs and the 21 km Sunday runs. But then again, I will have a lifetime of morning runs but only a short time to reflect on my life. So, I might as well enjoy this phase. 😊
So, let’s get to know how the day went.
Yesterday evening we chose to skip the exercise, so no update on that.
Incidentally, today morning was a bit busy. I had to get a few essentials in the morning and then had to log on for the virtual mass at 9 a.m. So, I had to find the exercising time between these, which I did.
I did just two sets of the triplets because of lack of time. Here are the triplets:
As I mentioned, I did only two sets of the exercise but will do the longer version tomorrow morning. So, that’s it from me for now. Enjoy the day!
