There's nothing much was happening in the past few days aside from my daily routine which was eating, sleeping, and working. Well, that's my daily routine now every now and then..
Annnd, I also added one routine that will change my body because I added an exercise every day. It's not that of an extensive exercise but a fifteen to twenty minutes of exercise containing a jog, push-ups, a little hand exercise, is enough to get my body fit, healthy, and a little bit strong.
Lately, I feel that my body is heavy. Heavy means that I have grown more fats and that's not good because while I am getting more bigger, I cannot do the things that I did when I was still a young.
I think my prime has past my limit already but even so, I need to rebuild my shape to get again close to my prime. Hmmm... I think that it needs time to build that prime myself since I haven't had to exercise myself in the past years and not until this month that I decided to exercise.
I got this thinking because there was one of my friend that flex his body and I was curious on what if I, too, can get that kind of body.. again... Well, looking back at my old self (it was when I was still a college student) I was fit and my muscles were tighter because I got to exercise myself maybe around a month and I got that result.
I haven't got a coach that I exercise myself but it's enough for me to exercise myself at my room doing a routine of exercise like push ups, jogging, and etc.
Before, I can do a couple of push ups but now I do think I can only get around five to ten push ups and I needed to get more of it if I got more thinner than I am now.
