Suddenly, and abruptly,………it is Fall!☺️
Well not officially, but Silvertop and Liz, slept with the bedroom windows open last night, and we awoke this morning to 64 degrees Fahrenheit in the house…..Burrr!🥶
The Sun was Shining brightly, quickly charging up our Solar batteries, you could almost feel the electricity in the air!😎
It was a good day for a hike up to Grants cabin!☺️
Early this Spring Grant decided to put his Off Grid cabin up for sale……………….
Just next to Grants cabin, another Off Grid cabin recently sold for $349,000
No water, or indoor plumbing, and a small old wood stove as the only source of heat!😮
As I hiked past Grants cabin I was expecting to see a “Sold” sign………..
We looked up the listing and Grand had his cabin also listed at $349,000😊
Both cabins only have wood stoves for heat.
Both have “Out houses”, and no running water……….
Grants does have rain catch barrels, and he has crafted a way to use this water for household use and showers!😇
Both are very similar, with Grants a bit more modern!
Interest rates are up, and it’s now a buyers market!☺️

It also looks like the Bitcoin market has changed!👍😊
If History “Rhymes” the “Bear” market might possibly be over!🤗
