Today, I was a bit lazy in the morning and was wondering if I should take a break from exercise. Actually, I realized that there was no real physical reason for the lethargy, and it was just a mind game. So, I pushed myself up and went ahead with the drills, and I am glad I did that. 😊
Starting with yesterday evening, my daughter and I did the following. Most of you, by now, would know this specific regime.
Other than the first two, each of the exercises are for 30-seconds and at a brisk pace. There is only a ten-second break between each. I mean, I am impressed with these continuous ones. It gets the heart rate up, warms up (maybe, heats-up 😊) every muscle and makes us agile. I love it!
Now coming to today morning, I had taken to shoulders and Suryanamaskar. Suryanamaskar is an exercise from Yoga, which works well with shoulder weight-exercises, because of its nature of working out the shoulders and back. You’ll can look up Suryanamaskar. I vouch for it.
Somehow, I felt the morning drill was quite short. I am not sure why. It could be that I have become stronger, or the evening regime is working wonders for me. Either way, I benefit. 😊
So, that’s it from me. Namaste!
I wish you all a great day!

Chandani Maheswari, India, holds the world record for Suryanamaskar. She did 4657 Suryanamaskars in 12 hours. Phew!
If you think push-ups are hard, wait till you see Suryanamaskar. Go ahead, try it. 😊
