OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1305th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

I have always had a certain connection with plants for a long time now, I remember when as children we were taught to make compost at school and in high school they taught us about "hands on planting" and to this day my love for plants It became more established when a musician friend began to give me cacti and succulents. My paternal grandmother also likes plants and she has some cacti in her house which she also gave me, today I want to show you some photos of what was an arduous gardening job that I did at home with these little sprouts that were born from a cactus that my girlfriend and I bought a week ago when we went to Valencia in a nursery that I loved a lot. So much so that I put Hive stickers on some pots and well, since I didn't have many pots, I used some plastic cups, around 20 sprouts came out, including a medium one and the other super small ones. I hope you like the photos 🤭🌵❤️💚

Hello friends! Today is the first day of September and as such new things will come this month, but that does not mean that August left us good things, in my case I managed to do many personal projects, but also finish several manga and anime, but this time I do not come to talk about any of them, I come to talk about a manhwa is a Korean manga for those who do not know, and not just any manhwa, THE FATHER OF MANHWAS:

Years ago, I had a big ring light. I used it to take selfies, especially when I was bored and practicing makeup. But, after using it for how many months, the light is not switching on anymore because of overuse? My cousin is always using it for her online class, and when there is a blackout at night, she is using it as a light to continue to do her assignments, activities, and so on. I felt sad because it's expensive; it costs Php 450.00 ($26.33) for the 26-cm size of my ring light and I don't have something to use to take selfies at night but at the same time, I was glad because it could help my younger cousin with her studies.

Friday morning I got out to the New Herb garden around 8AM. My helper friend went to get the newspaper for tag sales and got side tracked. So we lost 45 minutes to that.

Today I'm going to share with you a recipe that is the first time I make it, and I tell you that yuccas had never given me so much work as today,

I had always made my fried yuccas, which I like so much in the easiest and most traditional way, but this time I wanted to prepare them in a way that I saw on the internet and caught my attention, so I said to myself, who said fear! the truth is that I put my hands to work and I do not regret it because despite the work it gave me they were very rich, at least the effort was worth it.

Job and fixed/stable income are things that from the very junior school children are taught to pursue in order to get a “stable life”.

What they are not taught is managing their incomes according to the economic-financial situation.

How do you know when you feel bad? It's a question I like to ask every consultant who comes to me to tell me their story, starting with the problem that brings them to me in the first place. The most generic answer to a "How are you?" is always (or almost always) "Fine," even when the person responding is far from fine. That's why I like to be more specific, with questions that invite you to name the emotion you're feeling, or also to recognize when you're "fine" so you know when you're not. Far from the fact that I do it to collect more information and make the person in front of me more aware of their emotional processes, I do it because it is what I would like to be asked myself.

The first thing I thought when I saw the topic of this initiative was that it was something alien to me, but after investigating in depth about what burnout syndrome implies, I understood that it is something very common, especially nowadays. What is Burnout Syndrome? What are its symptoms? Let's see.

Burnout syndrome is directly related to physical and mental exhaustion to an extreme degree, so it can considerably affect the life and health of those who suffer from it. As with other conditions, some signs can be seen prior to its onset, being the presence of stress one of the most frequent.

Ana is a girl who dresses in a lady's body, she is a mother of the neighborhood, a neighbor who helps, a teacher who trains students in her house at all hours. Today I want to talk to you about Ana the Cuban, but I want to talk to you about the woman and the great humanity that hides in that breast.

Last June, I was fortunate to receive a good blessing which is a 9-5 job. I was hired as a Technical agent and trained also to be a General and Loyalty agent. During the first 6 weeks of training, I was really enjoying the job since it was also a paid training. I had a great time spoiling myself and my loved ones. At the same time, I got lucky to save some cash for my college.

This concludes this batch's curation report. We would like to congratulate those who are featured and supported. Keep up the good work and continue to explore Hive Communities.
