OCD POSH Curation Report #1411

Hello everyone! This is the 1411th compilation post of OCD POSH Curation initiative. Due to the changes in Twitter's API, the automatic comments generated by

@poshtoken once you share a Hive post to Twitter have been stopped. This doesn't mean that PoSH nominations will stop. Instead of relying on the automated comment, we can revert to manual checking and curation as a temporary measure while the PoSH website has been worked on.

With this new scheme, you can just share a Hive post to your Twitter account and then comment the Twitter link to the compilation posts like this. The usual PoSH nomination rules will apply like the Hive post should not be yours. You can check the full rules at the end of this post. Intento Superar mi Récord en Pull Ups - Julio 2023 [ESP | ENG]

Greetings friends and friends of Hive! About a month ago I shared with you a video in which I showed you my maximum amount of repetitions in pull-ups, exercise in which I have been working for several days, until the injury came to me since two weeks ago, limiting quite my workouts and athletic performance, consequently to this, I have not been able to maximize in my routines, as a preventive measure of aggravating the forearm injury. However, today, after a month has passed, I want to test my limits again, trying to beat my personal best. This audiovisual content can be motivational for those new to Calisthenics and Street Workout who want to get into the sport. My name is Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina and this content is for everyone.

Suggestion: Use English tags.
