Hello Hive Hopefully all are well. Today I come back again with another recipe. Today I will prepare Sugar sira cake with flour. It's great as an afternoon snack, which we all had this evening. Best of all, it's super easy to make and delicious to eat.
Since afternoon, my daughter Elma was saying that she would like to eat something sweet. So I thought that it can be easily made with flour, so I made it quickly. You can also prepare and feed this cake to your children if you want.
On the first step I put a pot on oven and give some water on it. Then I added salt on it. Then I boiled this water.
Now I give the flour on the boiled water. Now knead the flour well. Then took it on a plate.
Now with a little Soyabean oil in hand, I made cake dough while the boiled flour was still warm.
In this step I will make cake in leaf shape. First I gave the shape of the leaf and decorated the inside of the leaf with a thin stick. Then I wrapped the sides with the help of hands.
In this step, round the flour dough to make a flower shape. After that, I gave the shape of flower cakes with a thin stick. Now wrap the sides with the help of hands.
Then I made many more shaped cake and took them on a plate
Now put a pan on the stove and add enough water. With this we will make sugar syrup. Now I kept stirring continuously with sugar. Made of sugar syrup, basically the cake will be dipped in it to make it sweeter.
Now put soybean oil in a frypan and put it in the oven. Then when the oil is hot, I give the cakes.
Fry the side well and take it in a sieve.
At this stage, spoon the pitas into the sugar syrup. Dip the cakes well in sugar syrup for a while and take them in a bowl. Our cake is ready now it's time to serve.
This cake is very tasty, we all in the family are very excited to eat it. If you want, you can make cake's in different shapes and eat them. I said goodbye here today.
