Hey vegan lovers! As a fan of vegan food, you probably only think of steamed vegetables and fruits. Every once in a while, try making this simple snack—it’s made from basic ingredients I stumbled upon on social media a while back. That’s what inspired me to make it at home. As it happens, I already had all the ingredients on hand, so it’s quick and easy to prepare.

Fried Dumplings Stuffed

These fried dumplings are a super delicious snack—a combination of boiled potatoes mixed with rice vermicelli. The simple blend of seasonings makes this dish incredibly tasty and perfect as a delicious snack for your family.

It may look ordinary, but did you know that this is simply a combination of potatoes and rice vermicelli boiled with mushroom broth, salt, and chopped chili peppers? With this one recipe, you’ll get a generous amount, depending on how much filling you add to each wonton wrapper. Curious about the steps? Let’s check out the recipe below.

Ingredients

300 grams of potatoes

Wonton wrappers, as needed
1 clove of shallot
3 cloves of garlic
6 chive leaves
5 red chili peppers
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of mushroom broth

Mash the boiled potatoes with a fork. Then, boil the rice vermicelli until tender.

Now, serve these fried dumplings while they’re still warm so you can experience the texture I described: soft on the inside with the crispy dumpling wrappers after frying. Everything is cooked to perfection—the potatoes are super soft, perfectly complemented by the chewy texture of the vermecelli.

Add any dipping sauce you like—chili sauce, mayonnaise, or even peanut sauce—they’re all perfect for this dish. You may not have tried it yet, but I highly recommend this snack—you have to try it. Trust me, many people will love it.
