Hi vegan lovers, it's my first time making steamed pumpkin into a fried crunchy snack like this. I found this recipe on social media some time ago. The process of making it is so simple and easy that it makes me want to try making it anyway I have a pumpkin at home, my mother's pumpkin left over from yesterday which was processed into timphan. Now so that the pumpkin is not redundant I will make it into a delicious dish in the form of snacks.

Fried steamed pumpkin is a combination of pumpkin made into flour dough then shaped and dipped in fanir flour. Then fried until brownish yellow and has a crispy texture on the outside. The inside has a soft, chewy sweet texture that is perfect as a snack for your family.

Here I will invite you to prepare the recipe!.

I'm ready to serve steamed pumpkin snacks for the results are not much just one time enjoyment but if you need to serve more portions, you can add portions from the recipe as you wish. Well once again the actual recipe is not accurate, so I need to add a few grams of tepunv back. Therefore, during the dough making process, make sure the pumpkin has cooled down and add the flour little by little.

For the rass, don't doubt it, my mom didn't expect it to be made from pumpkin, she thought it was banana fried in fanir. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft with the right sweetness and very tempting, very suitable to be enjoyed as a relaxing snack at home.
