Dimsum is synonymous with ground meat, but what if today I will invite you to make dimsum with the chopped version.
Hi vegan lovers, I found a cooking contest on the @qurator account in the Hive Top Cheff competition. I think this time's theme is really good steamed things, and there are lots of steamed vegan foods. However, today I didn't make something sweet, but instead created a simple recipe for a savory dish that you will definitely like.
Different from dimsum in general, today I will invite you to taste chopped dimsum made from mushrooms. I don't mix any basic ingredients here, I just want to mix them. Previously, dimsum always relied on finely ground meat. Different from that, I want the intact taste of the ingredients to be maintained and most importantly steamed in a dimsum skin wrapper.
Very healthy, right?, this is a snack that is perfect for your diet, but believe me, it's not bad at all, it will actually make you want to make it again after trying to make it at home. Here is the simple recipe!

Results
Mushroom dimsum is ready to be served with chili or tomato sauce on a serving plate. Then feel how this dimsum will provide an extraordinary taste compared to the dimsum that you usually enjoy.
This dimsum has a really delicious taste, deliciously soft and perfectly cooked mushrooms. What I like most is that the texture of wood ear mushrooms gives something different when bitten. It is very suitable to be enjoyed when winter arrives, as in general dim sum is very suitable to be enjoyed while it is warm. I think enjoying it while it's warm will give the right flavor to the taste.
So, for those of you who have never tried whole mushroom dimsum like this, try making it. You don't need to grind it, coarsely chopped dimsum like this will be very tasty. Come on, make a different recipe at your home today!
