Peanut biscuits are a favorite dish before big events such as holiday celebrations. How pastries with various types, become very popular in my country. There are various types of pastries which are my favorite, one of which is this peanut biscuit.
Made from peanuts with a mixture of flour, it makes it very delicious and even one of the contents of a jar that must be in my house when Eid begins to arrive. As you know, I am a peanut lover, therefore any preparations made from peanuts are the best dishes for me. Any processed nuts are indeed very tasty, so there is no word to refuse when I am offered processed nuts. So, you need to know that my love for peanuts sometimes makes me want anything made from it, including peanut snacks that are only fried.
This time we will make processed peanut biscuits which are very easy for you to follow even with simple and inexpensive ingredients. I want to tell you tips on how to make your cake more crunchy, cook it with a lower oven temperature for a longer time. This will make your cake cooked evenly and maximally. You need to know, making cakes is not something to be rushed for but it requires methods and patience in completing every detail.

Prepare some ingredients that are very easy for you to find in your kitchen, here are the details:
100 grams of peeled peanuts
350 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of powdered sugar
200 ml cooking oil
2 eggs
Sesame to taste
Yellow dye
Step 1Bake the peanuts or roast the peanuts for about 15 minutes, or until the nuts are cooked through.
Step 2Then wait for it to cool then blend the nuts until it's rough, not too smooth.
Step 3Add powdered sugar, and don't forget to filter it so that there are no lumps later.
Step 4Add the sifted flour as well, then pour in the cooking oil little by little.
Step 5Knead until smooth and not sticky to hands so that later it is easy to shape.
Step 6Take some of the dough and roll it out, cover it with plastic when grinding so it doesn't stick.
Step 7Now grind to the thickness you want, then print according to taste.
Step 8Grease margarine and then arrange in a baking dish until finished using a spatula.
Step 9Then spread with egg yolk which has been mixed with a spoonful of cooking oil, all over the top surface of the cake so that it looks attractive.
Step 10Sprinkle with sesame, then preheat the oven, then bake the cake at 120 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
Peanut biscuits are ready to be enjoyed, store peanut biscuits in an airtight jar. This cake can be stored for about a month, the taste hasn't changed at all, it's still delicious and delicious.
