Avocado pudding fla milo is a dessert menu once viral in my area. Made from avocado with fla milo and topping oreo.

Avocado is a fruit that thrives in the highlands, has a variety of benefits for our bodies, this fruit is the target of many people, avocados are very easy to find in your nearest supermarket. I got some avocados from my brother, he visited my house some time ago, because there were too many avocados, I took the initiative to make something different from processed avocados, namely avocado pudding.

Ingredients Used

1 avocado
1 pack of jelly
700 ml coconut milk
200 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 packs of milo sachets
6 Mini Oreos

Making Used

Step 1 Finely blend the avocado then

Step 2 prepare 1 pack of gelatin and sugar Add the mashed avocado and add the coconut milk then stir until evenly distributed and turn on the stove fire

Step 3 Cook until boiling for about 15 minutes using medium heat

Step 4 Pour the mixture into a small box.

Step 5 Next, prepare the fla milo, prepare 2 milo sachets, add a little sugar and water then cook until the milo sets or the water shrinks for about 10 minutes.

Step 6 Pour the fla over the hardened layer of pudding then top it with mini Oreos The last step is to put the pudding in the refrigerator, so that the fla and pudding blend perfectly

Results

The result of this pudding is delicious, soft, creamy and sweet, this is the perfect dessert in my opinion packaged in a small box for easy portability.

The fla taste of milo is also very delicious, sweet and soft. Pudding is a food that is liked by many people, both adults and children, combined with fla milo is a perfect match for the desserts.
