Almost Missed the Window - My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2026
I was up again early to get a workout outside before work started. Unfortunately, I started to read emails while I was having my coffee and got caught up in work. By the time I was done, it was almost time for my first meeting so I went quickly for a walk before it was too late. It was hotter than I expected as the Sun was out pretty harshly. I got through just in time for my first meeting.
The day was crazy for a Friday but it was expected as deliverables are getting closer. I also have some travel to get ready for with the family as we finally head home. I had to work for the last couple of paces needed to get past my daily goal. I was in bed right after as a long weekend is still ahead as things work towards getting back to normal.
