Almost forgot to post. My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2026

Okay. Today was kind of hot. Luckily the dog found a good day to cool off. Unfortunately it doesn't work for the people in the group.

My wife was off again so that meant helping a bit with yardwork and a few errands.

But mostly I got out of that because I went to the gym for a couple hours and when I got back she was having a nap. Tired from her yardwork :)

In the evening another walk with the dog but this time my wife decided to join us.

Not really a lot to talk about... But I did get almost 15k steps and a workout so no complaints :)
