Summer in Full Force - My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2026
Summer is in full force and it is not only the heat but now the many things to do with the family as festival season is here. I was up early despite getting some good sleep and after a great Breakfast the family headed to a festival for some pictures and snacks. We got there a bit late as we missed some of the fruit tasting which was unfortunate. I focused on hydrating as I was sweating with the heat and the walk.
We got a snack while there and enjoyed the time together. After a couple of more pictures, we headed for some shopping nearby and then a quick lunch before heading home. It was still early and given the heat, we decided for a dip in the pool which was great. The Summer is here and this will be familiar territory over the next couple of months to get some relief from the Sun. Looking for a long night today so let’s see how I sleep!
