There was not a lot of activity for this report, but a good chunk of it was fast. I was pretty happy with my fastest parkrun of the year so far, but I still have a lot of work to do to get back where I was.
For the rest of the day, I was just resting and recovering, watching some football while 
That just can't happen.
And then it even doubled up.
