I finally got an event number 89 for my Wilson index Challange. That means I have now done an event numbers from 1 all the way to 100. I believe a Golden Wilson is all at the same location but mine is just a normal one from parkruns all over the place. We will have to see if I can find the motorvatation to collect parkrun event number up to 200 next.

This morning was my first harder run in over a month. I had been keeping all my runs to zone 2 to trying and recover from too many little niggles over the past 12 months. Running zone 4 threshold felt pretty uncomfortable and I am a bit worried how achy I will be tomorrow but hopfully I can can use parkrun as my harder run for the week now and lower todays 26:17 for the 5 kilometres.
