Most health apps turn your day into rows of numbers. Breakfast becomes a calorie count, your Sunday long run becomes a line in a log, and nobody ever sees either.
Today we're opening health on liketu, and it starts from the photo instead. Snap a meal and liketu reads it. Post a run like any morning out, with the route riding along. Then a coach and a nutritionist read the whole picture and tell you, plainly, what to do next.
The tour at liketu.social/health runs on a real runner's marathon block, shared anonymously: nine months of runs, ending in a 3:38 marathon.
Runs are photo stories
Post a run like any morning out: the river at first light, the shoes, the coffee after. The distance, pace and time ride along on the card, with a small mark of the route, so a run sits in the feed like any other photo post.
Bring a run in from a GPX or TCX file, or from a Strava activity link.
The route is the second photo
Open a run and the map colours itself by pace or heart rate. Hover anywhere and the same moment lights up on the map, the charts and the splits.
Your bests, kept for you
Your fastest 5K, 10K, half and marathon are kept for you, along with your distance week by week. Your best recent run also sets your training paces (easy, threshold and interval) and the race times to aim for.
A coach that reads every run
Sync every run, posted or not. Synced runs stay private until you post them.
The coach reads each new one against your fitness and load, then says how it went and what to run next: a rest day, an easy 30 minutes, a long run at the weekend.
Fitness and load, week by week
Base fitness is your last six weeks, load impact your last one. The gap between them says whether you're building, holding or easing off.
Your week, against your targets
Photograph a meal and liketu reads it: calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre. If it gets something wrong, correct it. Each day sits against the targets you set, so a light day or a heavy one shows at a glance.
A nutritionist that reads your whole week
It looks at what you ate, how much you moved and how you slept, then says plainly what's short, what's over and what to eat next, with dishes other people posted on liketu. Ask it about any meal.
It's guidance, not medical advice.
Yours until you post it
Meals stay on your account until you share them. Posting a meal or a whole day is one tap, and the post is yours on Hive. Runs can trim the start and end near home, or keep the route off the map.
health is on the web at liketu.net/health and in the liketu app.
