Every gym rat knows, the lateral raise is the most difficult exercise to progress in. A lot of people get stuck on 6-10kg for months or even years. I'm one of those people, 10kg is the highest I've ever done for lateral raises, but I've decided to progress by force.

Today I tried with 12.5kg and I must keep increasing the weight with time. It worked alright today, but I had to keep my elbows bent to achieve it and my form wasn't quite perfect.

I'd keep raw dogging it like this cos progress has to come and shoulders are about the most beautiful muscles, I gotta have that 馃寶.
