(And here is another picture I snapped during a winter hike last December.)

Hi Actifitters,

yesterday, close-grip push-ups were on the agenda again. I managed one more rep than in my last workout, putting me just one rep away from my recent personal best.
Afterwards, I did dumbbell lateral raises and a triceps exercise.

I also tackled the Zwift Climb of the Week, which involved covering 350 meters of elevation gain over a distance of 7.7 km.

All in all, it was a successful day of training.

Mission 80 (Day 19 = 89.3 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 / Total loss = 0.7 kg)

After experiencing inexplicable setbacks here over the past two days, I am pleased to report a small decrease of 200 grams today.

There’s no regular workout today; instead, a 15-kilometer walk is on the agenda. Keep your fingers crossed that the forecast rain doesn't start until I've reached my destination.

Daily HSBI raffle (The rules)

Congratulations zusi78@zusi78, you won today's share... it has already been sent.
