Grip strength is very important, I bet that goes without saying. The ability to grab onto something and have that thing lack the hell out of the ability to escape your grip is great! If you want to have that ability you mostly need to train forearms. You need to train your entire arms but forearms especially.
The exercise I'm performing in this video is called forearm curls, one of the most important exercises for forearms and grip strength.
