#NotARunningLog - Another double shift at work / Otro doble turno en el trabajo
¡Hola Steemians! Aquí está el #NotARunningLog del día de ayer.
Por dios, parece ser que estoy destinado a vivir mis fines de semana encerrado en el trabajo. Esta semana no fue la excepción y el día de ayer nos encerramos por 16 horas.
Al menos no fue un turno aburrido, de echo fue bastante movido y fuera del común.
Todo iba perfecto y sin mayor novedad hasta que por la tarde tuvimos un derrame de ácido sulfúrico y tuvimos que neutralizar y limpiar el área del derrame.
Afortunadamente no hubo lesionados y el daño al equipo fué mínimo. Por razones de seguridad no puedo compartirles fotos, pero que sepan que el trabajo nos llevó toda la tarde y parte de la noche ya que hay que hacer el trabajo con mucha precaución y sin exponerse a algún tipo de quemadura química.
Como estuvimos casi todo el turno de la tarde ocupados dejamos un poco descuidado el control del proceso. Afortunadamente no hubo desviaciones críticas y para el segundo turno de la noche ya sabía perfectamente que hacer para corregirlas. La noche refrescó bastante y todo corrió sin mayor novedad.
Turnos anormales, pero salimos bien y sin complicaciones. Eso es todo por ahora y hasta la próxima.

My God, it seems that I am destined to live my weekends locked in work. This week was no exception and yesterday we locked ourselves in for 16 hours.
At least it wasn't a boring turn, in fact it was quite moved and out of the ordinary.
Everything was going smoothly and without further notice until in the afternoon we had a sulfuric acid spill and we had to neutralize and clean the spilled area.
Fortunately there were no injuries and the damage to the equipment was minimal. For security reasons I can not share photos, but that you know that the work took us all afternoon and part of the night since we have to do the work with great caution and without exposing ourselves to some type of chemical burn.
As we were almost all afternoon shift busy, we left the process control a bit careless. Fortunately there were no critical deviations and by the second shift of the night I already knew perfectly what to do to correct them. The night cooled quite a bit and everything ran without further notice.
Abnormal shifts, but we went well and without complications. That's all for now and until next time.
