Greetings to all the SWC and Hive community 🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️.

I start this week of training from yesterday, Tuesday (April 23, 2024) with advanced Push Up exercises.

Starting with "Full Planche" resistance, which in this case was 11 seconds of "Hold" and 5 of "Push Up". Then next were small combos on the floor and finally combos on the mini-parallettes.

I know I didn't show as much ability as I should, but even if the body can't, discipline and constancy is what counts 🙌🏻🔥.

nos vemos en una próxima publicación.🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️

see you in a future post.🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️
