Greetings to the entire #SWC and #Hive community 🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️.

Let me tell you how the start of this new week of training went. Like any good Monday, the idea was to start off on the right foot and set the pace for what's to come, so here's a summary of the day.

At around 6:00 pm, I was already leaving home, well equipped with my bag of gear and tripod to document my progress. When I arrived at the park, the atmosphere was quite calm; I only came across a guy I didn't know working out. After the customary greeting to maintain the codes of conduct, I unloaded my equipment and got to work with a good stretching session to wake up my muscles.

Once I warmed up, I got serious: a strength routine focused on Full Planche isometrics. I started by testing my strength with a series of maximum endurance exercises, both Full Planche and Front Lever. Honestly, the results were pretty decent; I was very close to my personal bests, so for the start of the week, I can't complain.

The tricky part came later, when I moved on to Full Planche combos on the floor. That's when things got tough; I still have a couple of technical errors that prevent me from completing the combos. However, I managed to complete one, which is already a win. Then I continued with the same approach, but on the bar, adding Front Lever variations. My performance there was average: I executed most of the movements, but, to be honest, the aesthetics are still not what I'm looking for. That line needs some polishing.

I finished the day at 8:50 p.m., packed everything up, and headed straight home to recover. Even though my bicep injury is still causing me some trouble and there are technical details to correct, I'm leaving with a couple of "small victories." I give my performance a passing grade, even if it's just barely, because I know there's a lot of room for improvement.

We continue the fight. See you next time!
