Devuelta a entrenar(9 de julio 2024)🔄returned to training (July 9, 2024)•ESP|ENG•
Greetings to all the #SWC and #Hive community 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
I show you some screenshots of me kicking off this training week, Tuesday (July 9, 2024).
After two days of rest, I'm back to training, with a focus on resistance and "hold" to "push" exercises. But of course, I also included a bit of "pull" to round it out and keep it up to par "so to speak"😁.
I admit that this start was not very good, rather it was worse than previous weeks, but at least I have been relieved a lot of discomfort between the forearm and right biceps, which for me is more important to pay attention before moving to the next level of demand, and so we learn to moderate the intensity of our workouts.
