Greetings to all the #SWC and #Hive community 🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️.

Yesterday, my last day of training, I wanted to show you in these captures from home, I do not have bars to practice a little dynamic, but at least I have what I need to train well what is my specialty, "strength".

As you will see, I performed "powermoves" as well as "hold" in this routine, it is clear that there are several things to improve or recover with respect to my performance, at least it helped me to be aware of it and to continue fulfilling the training that corresponds to the week.

nos vemos en una próxima publicación.🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️

see you in a future post.🙋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️
