1 cup minced meat
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp rosemary
1 tbsp diced onion
1 tbsp cooking oil
salt to taste
Fry the aromatics in the pan until they release aroma. Then add in meat and sauces to stir fry until cooked.
2 tbsp water
1 tsp flour
1 tbsp butter
Put butter into the pan and add in flour. Cook on mellow heat until flour turns brown. Add in water to make sauce.
1 cup mashed potato
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp mayonise
pinch of salt & pepper
Mozzarella cheese (shredded/granules)
Mash the potato, butter, mayo, salt & pepper together and fill into a piping bag. Pipe the topping on to the meat, covering the whole pan.
Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese onto the topping before popping into a preheated oven. Bake on 200°C for 15mins.
