Hello my friends!
How are you?
I hope you are all doing well.
Today, I would like to share the Chibi drawing I created for "Bolly Wood," an NFT card from the Rising Star Game.
Bolly Wood
"Bolly Wood" is a rare NFT card in the Rising Star Game. It features 100 fans, 150 skill, 5 luck, and 2 IM. This is one of the cards released in the Rising Star Game. True to its name, the character is an Indian singer. The card frame incorporates the Indian flag, and the NFT description includes details about Indian music. If there are any Rising Star players from India, this is a card worth purchasing.

Drawing Chibi for R37 "Bolly Wood"
First, I used Gemini to help generate the initial outlines. I imported the resulting outlines into IbisPaintX and created a new layer underneath to work on. This gave me the initial outline sketch. The outline sketch stage involves making necessary adjustments and refinementssuch as connecting lines that didn't quite meetto ensure the drawing is cohesive.
In the second step, I selected the base colors and painted each individual section. I used the "Bucket" tool in IbisPaintX to make the base coloring process quick and easy. To make the painting process easier, the first step is to ensure that all the lines connect with one another; otherwise, the paint bucket tool won't work. Next, I draw the eyes, nose, mouth, and hair.
In the third step, I add shading to the clothing. To do this, I use the Magic Wand tool to select the specific area where the shading will be applied; this prevents me from accidentally painting over unwanted areas. I personally prefer using the Airbrush tool for shading. After finishing the shading, I create the background on a separate, dedicated layer. Drawing everything on a single layer makes it difficult to correct mistakes later. Finally, after adding the card frame and text, I have a cute, Chibi-style Bollywood illustration.
How do you think?
Do you like my drawing?
Today, while drawing in a Bollywood chibi style, I felt like listening to Indian music. It had been quite a while since I last listened to Indian songs, so I searched for some on YouTube. Instead of picking new tracks, I chose an old onea song featured in a movie that portrays the bond of friendship between two friends. Listening to it again brought back memories of my youth.
