Today I made Bukkake udon.
Bukkake is not originally erotic meaning word.
It is the meaning of putting soup on noodles.
Cold udon noodles with tuna, soft boiled egg, new onions, and (Bukkake)Men-Tuyu(=japanese broth & soy sauce soup)
It is delicious in the hot and humid summer of Japan.
