- 1/4 tsp salt 1g
- 1 cup of cake flour 115g
- 1 1/2 cups of egg whites about 10 to 12 large eggs (approx. 350ml)

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract 5ml
- 1/4 tsp. almond or orange extract 1ml
