Beavers work here, Chechło lake, Poland

I went for a walk around a lake (6km in circumference) which is not far from my place (20min drive) but where I had never been before.

I found multiple signs of beavers' work. I wonder whether young beavers attend sort of “Beavers High” to learn the trade? How does their training look like? Do they watch a Master Beaver at work? Do they have any exams to pass?
