Today I made some speculaas cake.
Speculaas is something Dutch it's kinda like gingerbread.
Anyway, this are the ingredients;
- 200 grams of spelt flour
- 20 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of vegetable butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Crumbled speculaas
- 1 banana
- 100 ml of vegetable milk
- almonds
Instructions;
- Melt the butter until it is liquid
- Make the banana into puree
- Then put all the ingredients (except almonds) and mix this into a sticky and thick mixture
- Add the gingerbread and mix it a little before throwing it into a mold
- Add the almonds on top of the mixture
