Hicimos diferentes tipos de posturas, para soltar, liberar, y desbloquear. Estos niños un grupo muy especial , ya que a pesar de la naturaleza de los niños de estar activos, los ejercicios lo hacían de forma ordenada y con mucho respeto a la clase, claro hay que manejar la situación y aquí es donde el profesor debe saber como mantener activo su grupo dependiendo de las edades, sexo, y experiencia, para mi ha sido un gran reto, lo que me hace prepararme aun mas. Fue una hora de clase al terminarla, disfrute de un rico baño de playa, que buen tiempo, después de hacer ejercicios, un rico baño de playa. Agradeciendo por esta gran oportunidad.

Second day as a support instructor for the surf camp’s vacation program. With a beautiful day at the beach, perfect weather, and the kids full of energy on their second day of camp, we started with some flexibility and mobility exercises in the sand. Now that we were more connected—and having overcome the initial expectations from the first day with the teacher and the exercises—the kids were more relaxed today and actively engaged in their exercises. We started with some concentration and breathing exercises.
We did different types of poses to relax, release, and unblock. This is a very special group of children; despite children’s natural tendency to be active, they performed the exercises in an orderly manner and with great respect for the class. Of course, you have to manage the situation, and this is where the teacher must know how to keep the group engaged depending on their age, gender, and experience. For me, it’s been a great challenge, which motivates me to prepare even more. It was a one-hour class, and when it ended, I enjoyed a refreshing swim at the beach—what great weather! After exercising, a refreshing swim at the beach. I’m grateful for this wonderful opportunity.
