As I told you at the beginning, carrots are one of the vegetables that we consume the most at home, they have many vitamins and offer us many benefits from my own experience, I tell you that it is excellent for relieving stomach problems, when I have to go out and buy vegetables like carrots. carrot, I like that they are almost perfect haha, that is to say beautiful, today to be able to buy the carrots, I visited two supermarkets, the first one I went to, I didn't really like how the carrots were, although they had a good color, and they weren't stained but the same, I didn't want to buy them in that place, then I went to another supermarket which is where I usually buy the vegetables, because they are always fresh and beautiful, but to my surprise, the carrots were not as expected, I spent a good time choosing the ones that I would take, there was a basket that you had some in better condition, and that was the ones that I chose.
Como les dije al principio la zanahoria es una de las hortalizas que m谩s consumimos en casa, tiene muchas vitaminas y nos ofrece muchos beneficios, por experiencia propia les digo que es excelente para aliviar los problemas estomacales, cuando me toca salir a comprar hortalizas como la zanahoria, me gustan que esten casi perfectas jaja, es decir hermosas, el d铆a de hoy para poder comprar las zanahorias, visite dos supermercados, al primero que fui, no me gusto mucho como estaban las zanahorias, aunque ten铆an buen color, y no estaban manchadas pero igual, no quise comprarlas en ese lugar, luego fui a otro supermercado que es en el que normalmente compro las verduras, pues siempre est谩n frescas y hermosas, pero para mi sorpresa, las zanahorias no estaban como esperaba, pase un buen rato escogiendo las que me llevar铆a, hab铆a una cesta que tenias unas en mejor estado, y esa fue las que escog铆.

When I go to buy carrots, I try to choose the ones that do not have spots or are wrinkled. When they are wrinkled, it means that they have been in the supermarket for a long time and they are not fresh. I also follow my mother's advice, which tells me that I should always choose the carrots that do not have a green stem, that are all with their uniform orange color, today I tried to choose the best that I could, I bought a little more than half a kilo, because at home I still have some left, the kilo of carrots was in $1.71, some days it is cheaper, on sale days, it still seems to me that the price is affordable.
Cuando voy a comprar zanahorias, trato de escoger las que no tengan manchas, o est茅n arrugadas, cuando est谩n como arrugadas quiere decir que llevan mucho tiempo en el supermercado y no est谩n frescas, tambi茅n sigo el consejo de mi mam谩 que me dice que siempre debo escoger las zanahorias que no tenga el tallo verde, que est茅n todas con su color naranja uniforme, hoy trate de elegir las mejores que pude, compre un poco m谩s de medio kilo, pues en casa todav铆a me quedan algunas, el kilo de zanahorias estaba en 1.71 $, algunos d铆as est谩 m谩s econ贸micas, en d铆as de ofertas, igula me parece que el precio esta asequible.
I felt satisfied with the purchase of my carrots, I think I chose the best ones in the supermarket, now I only have to enjoy my beloved carrots at home, I love eating them, raw, in rice, in soups, salads, ceo I put carrots in all my ducks haha, to keep them fresh, I keep them in the fridge, well packed in a bag, to prevent them from acquiring moisture.
Me sent铆 satisfecha con la compra de mis zanahorias, creo que escog铆 las mejores que hab铆an en el supermercado, ahora solo me queda disfrutar en casa de mis queridas zanahorias, me encanta comerlas, crudas, en el arroz, en las sopas, ensaladas, ceo que a todos mis patos les pongo zanahoria jaja, antes de guardarlas, las lavo y seco bien con un papel absorbente, las guardo en la nevera, bien empacadas en una bolsa, para evitar que adquieran humedad.
