Hello All,

I still need to wrap up Season 6 and send out prizes. Hope for your understanding - there are important things and things that are more important. The more important thing in this case is helping refugees from #UA

Before closing Season 6, however, I decided to announce Eliminations for Season 7. The reason is, the pre-qualifiers have been held on March 4-7 and results are overdue. Also, the Eliminations start next weekend (Friday-Monday, March 18-21) and all players should know where they are and whom they face.

Champions League Group Phase

The following players start Season 7 directly in the Group Phase:

@matthew1 - Defending Champion
@sandraa1 - Consolation Cup Winner
@manuvert - highest ranked player
@merthin - 2nd highest ranked player
@browery - 3rd highest ranked player
@masoom - 4th highest ranked player

The above order determines their group seeding:
Group A: @matthew1
Group B: @sandraa1
Group C: @manuvert, @masoom
Group D: @merthin, @browery

They can rest and prepare till the first weekend of April.

Champions League Eliminations Round 2

The 9 players with highest rank after those listed above will start eliminations in Round 2 and will be seeded there, in the order listed below.

@racibo receives a Wild Card (will play the 9th seeded player) as the best player from @poprzeczka who doesn't benefit from @macfit ranking.

In Round 2 they will face 8 winners from Round 1. Seeds #9 and #10 play vs each other, ie:

Q9: @pjansen vs @racibo

Round 2 of Eliminations will be played over the weekend of March 25-28.

Champions League Eliminations Round 1

The 8 players with highest rank after those listed above will start eliminations in Round 1 and will be seeded there, in the order listed below.

They will face the 8 top players from pre-qualifiers.

Round 2 of Eliminations will be played over the weekend of March 18-21.

All of the above is based on @macfit Ranking Table after Season 6.

Below are results from pre-qualifiers held on March 4-7, with bonuses applied. The Top 8 play in Round 1 of Champions League Eliminations, and the following 16 will enter Round 1 of Consolation Cup Eliminations.
