Have you ever thought fresh sausages can also be used as spices too? This bison is so simple, yet the pressure cooker makes it happen so quickly. Choose your favorite fresh sausage, beef or chicken, especially the one with herb flavor. You won't regret it!
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 lbs bison
4 oz spinach
1 stem fresh rosemary
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
2 tbsp butter
3 fresh large chicken sausage
3 cloves garlic-chopped
2 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Method:
Wash the bison and cut as desire, arrange the bison in the pressure cooker and add the chicken broth, garlic and rosemary then set pressure cooker for 15 minutes. If you don't have a pressure cooker, then you can just boil until it's tender over medium heat, add more water if it needed.
Using a blender, blend the sausages until it's smooth. Heat 2 tbsp butter, simmer the chicken sausage paste until it's bubbles and add the cooked bison, salt and pepper. Mix it well with with the spinach and turn off the heat.
Serve.
