Saludos gente #Hiverun y @fulldeportes, espero que todos estén súper bien disfrutando de una excelente salud. Mi entrenamiento de hoy estuvo bien diferente ya que nos fuimos a recorrer una ruta algo nuevo para nosotros en el tema del running. Nuestro entrenamiento lo realizamos en la capital del municipio Benítez , "El Pilar", aquí hay diferencia tipo de caminos rectos, con subidas, bajadas etc. Podemos además disfrutar de árboles inmensos que nos brindan espacios de sombras que nos sirven para reguardarnos del sol y otros donde el astro rey es inclemente y hace demasiado calor.

Partimos desde la parte alta del pueblo allí hay una vista preciosa que nos deja disfrutar de un paisaje hermoso, corrimos luego en bajada para llegar de nuevo hasta lo plano y seguir el running por un sector conocido como la variante y dar la vuelta. Por mi parte comencé el entrenamiento caminando para calentar mi cuerpo , luego un poco más rápido y trote lento, no cabe duda que los días sin entrenar llevan a uno a retroceso. Pero estoy segura que si se puede y pronto las cosas cambiarán para mejor solo hay que ser constantes.

Para variar amanecimos sin electricidad, ni señal y mi Strava se comportó como quiso después de terminar , se activó con el sensor lateral del teléfono y marca la ruta y todas las demás actividades que ya no pertenecían al entrenamiento.

Igual estoy muy satisfecha porque pude realizar la carrera de hoy ya que como siempre lo he pensado esto me ayuda a mejorar mi condición física.

My training today was very different because we went to run a route something new for us in the subject of running. Our training was done in the capital of the municipality of Benitez, "El Pilar", here there are different types of straight roads, with climbs, descents etc.. We can also enjoy huge trees that provide us with shady spaces that serve to shelter us from the sun and others where the sun is inclement and it is too hot.

We started from the top of the village where there is a beautiful view that lets us enjoy a beautiful landscape, then we ran downhill to get back to the flat and follow the running through a sector known as the variant and turn around. For my part I started the training walking to warm up my body, then a little faster and slow jogging, no doubt that the days without training lead one to regress. But I am sure that if you can and soon things will change for the better, you just have to be constant.

For a change we woke up without electricity or signal and my Strava behaved as it wanted after finishing, it was activated with the side sensor of the phone and marks the route and all other activities that no longer belonged to the training.

I'm still very satisfied because I was able to do today's race because as I have always thought this helps me to improve my physical condition.
