Ahora sé y me comprendo a mí mismo.

Hello, how is everyone doing, Full Deportes community? Greetings to you all. I'm happy to write another post here in this amazing community focused on sports. Today, I'm here to share a reflection about the gym. Well, let's get started!

I reflect on how every person who goes to the gym has their own story. Some go to improve their appearance, others go for their health, and for others, it's their moment to disconnect. Thinking about this makes me reflect when I go to the gym. Sometimes I see people going to exercise and talking very little, but you never know what might be going on in someone's life when they're at the gym.

I remember that I like to train intensely, and once, that type of training caught the attention of some people. Yes, sometimes I was able to chat with people at the gym, and it's satisfying to meet people there. But, well, I'm one of those people who go there to exercise and that's it.

Have you ever stopped to think about how the music they play at the gym can lift your spirits? Just one song might give you a boost of energy. Well, that happens to me when I listen to 50 Cent's music, for example, songs like In Da Club or Candy Shop. They're great for boosting my energy. I also like listening to electronic music because it helps me focus on the sound of the song so I can train with full motivation.

Something I like is measuring my own progress. I've noticed that I'm now lifting more weight with my arms. I can now lift 30-pound weights. Yes, maybe I've improved. Now, I also want to improve my leg strength, although in my case, I would have to increase the number of repetitions because the gym I'm currently attending doesn't have heavy weights. Well, I'd also like to improve my chest strength.

Well, today I'm going to train, and I know that what I'm doing today will bring me great results, at least to relieve a little bit of the stress from the day.

Now, let me tell you: if my training journey were a movie, it would go something like this. It would have chapters where I don't feel like going, days when I feel motivated because I've finished my routine, and also days when I feel like the fittest person in the world, as well as days when I feel irresponsible, hehe, for not showing up. There would also be days when I disappear for a while and then come back. Well, at least I'm managing to go four times in seven days, and I think that's good too.

Now I understand and know myself better. If I go back to day one, when I started exercising, I know that I've made a lot of progress. Celebrating the days I spend at the gym also helps a lot with self-confidence and, of course, motivates me to keep training.

Well, thank you for reading my post. Today, I feel motivated to go to the gym after writing this. See you in another post very soon!
