This was my second time successfully making my family's focaccia bread recipe from scratch! Two tasty loaves topped with rosemary, drizzled olive oil, and rock salt - served with some olive oil and balsamic.
Made two loaves and experimented a bit with cooking times and amount of yeast. Maybe next time I'll try some new toppings. Any recommendations??
