I let them marinate for half an hour so they absorb all the seasonings you use; it's the key to a delicious flavor. However, the crispiness is also a pleasant surprise when we coat them.

Los dejo macerar media hora para que se impregne de todos los aliños que utilizas; es la base para que el sabor quede delicioso. Sin embargo, también cuando lo recubrimos, lo crujiente nos sorprende.

I've made this before, but I liked this improved version even more. The pieces, finely chopped, coated with mustard and curry powder, and then rolled in cornstarch mixed with cornflour, was the special touch. • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon mustard
• Pinch of dried thyme, pepper, curry powder, and oregano
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 3 tablespoons cornflour
• Salt
• Oil

En otras oportunidades los he preparado, pero este experimento mejorado me ha gustado más. Los trozos, mejor picados, untados con mostaza, curry y pasados por Maizena, ligada con harina de maíz, fue el toque especial. Acompañada de unas deliciosas papas fritas, nos da la impresión de que la estamos comiendo en un establecimiento de comida rápida, sin envidiar nada. Los ingredientes se los dejo a continuación.

Ingredientes:

• 250 g de pechuga de pollo

• ½ cucharadita de mostaza
• Pizca en polvo de tomillo, pimienta, curry y orégano
• 2 cucharadas de Maizena y 3 de harina de maíz.

Preparation:

La pechuga ya fue bien lavada. La picamos en trozos planos redondeados.

En un envase agregamos la salsa inglesa, seguidamente los aliños, la sal, la mostaza y un chorrito de vinagre. Mezclamos para unir bien.

Ahora incorporamos dentro de la mezcla todos los trozos de pollo, revolvemos y dejamos macerar por media hora.

Mientras tanto, preparamos cobertura con la Maizena y la harina, uniendo muy bien. Le añadimos una pizca de los aliños en polvo.

We coat the chopped pieces in batter and, when the oil is nice and hot, we start frying them. We take them out when they are golden brown.
