Si quieres una receta diferente en sabor, te recomiendo esta delicia para que las prepares mañana sábado para el desayuno, a levantarse temprano para hacerlo y sorprender a tu familia, el aroma que da la mezcla de queso, cilantro, cebolla y la suavidad de este pan te va encantar, y si dudas que no les va gustar la cebolla, los conseguirás impactar porque le aporta un sabor súper delicioso😍😋.

Harina de trigo 200 gr + 150 gr
Leche 225 ml
Levadura 10 gr
Azúcar 1 cucharada
Huevo 1 unidad
1 Cebolla mediana
Sal 1 cucharada
5 Dientes de ajo
Mantequilla blanda 20 gr
Mozzarella 100 gr
½ Manojo de cilantro
Huevo 1 unidad
Leche 50 ml
Orégano
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour 200 gr + 150 gr
Milk 225 ml
Yeast 10 gr
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Egg 1 unit
1 medium onion
Salt 1 tablespoon
5 cloves garlic
Soft butter 20 gr
Mozzarella 100 gr
½ bunch coriander
Egg 1 piece
Milk 50 ml
Oregano
In a bowl with warm milk, add the yeast and sugar, mix well all the ingredients.
Place the 200 grams of sifted flour in a large bowl, make the respective volcano and place an egg and 20 grams of butter at room temperature.
Then we add our mixture with yeast and we are mixing, then we add little by little the 150gr of flour, to do so it will be easier to work our dough and do not forget to put the spoonful of salt.
We move to the counter and knead for several minutes until we obtain a dough as shown in the image.
Colocamos en un recipiente con aceite y tapamos, lo dejamos fermentar por 1 hora.
Place in a bowl with oil and cover, let it ferment for 1 hour.
Procedemos a picar la cebolla, en una sarten caliente colocamos aceite de oliva la cebolla y los ajos, puedes picar o usar un triturador de ajos, al caramelizar la cebolla retiramos del fuego y reservamos.

Place the onion, add the cilantro, oregano and cheese as shown below.
Then cut into 3cm portions as shown in the picture.
Place in a greased buttered pan and let stand for 30 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Before placing our breads in the oven we are going to prepare in a glass the 50ml of milk and an egg, mix and add to our breads, this is the key to have soft breads.
Now we proceed to put our beautiful breads in the oven for approximately 35 minutes.
