It's been a while since I've been here because of school work and well the internet failure that never stays behind.
However, this Christmas there is a little more time and I have taken several recipes that little by little I will upload here.
Today I bring you a recipe for a cold lemon cake. The ideal thing about this cake is that you can make it without needing gas, few ingredients and the best of all is that the more days you spend, the tastier the cake becomes.
馃崑Ingredients:
Two packages of Maria cookies
395 g of condensed milk
500 ml of milk
Two lemons
馃崑Utensils:
A plastic mold
A lemon squeezer
Two spoons
Two plastic cups of approximately half a liter
Knife
Grater
馃崑Preparation
The first step is to squeeze the juice of two lemons into a glass, remove the seeds from the juice. And grate the peel of a lemon
Then in a cup add 2/3 condensed milk and gradually add the juice of the lemons the amount of juice will depend on how acidic you want the cake to be. Then add the lemon zest
In another container you will mix a third of the condensed milk with the liquid milk
Now in the plastic mold, we will put the mixture of condensed milk with lemon in the base of the mold.
We put a layer of Maria cookies and bathe it in the mixture of milk and condensed milk.
Then we put another layer of Maria cookies, and we will do this until the mold is full.
We cover it and proceed to put it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
Then we can serve and enjoy 馃崑馃挌 the more days the more flavor it will have

Hace tiempo que no pasaba por aqu铆 por las ocupaciones del colegio y bueno la falla de internet que nunca se queda atr谩s.
Sin embargo estas Navidades hay un poquito m谩s de tiempo y he tomado varias recetas que poco a poco ir谩 subiendo por ac谩.
Hoy les traigo una receta de una torta fr铆a de lim贸n lo ideal est谩 torta es que t煤 puedes hacerlo sin necesitar gas, pocos ingredientes y lo mejor de todo es que mientras m谩s d铆as pases, m谩s sabrosas se pone la torta.
馃崑Ingredientes:
Dos paquetes de galleta Mar铆a
395 g de leche condensada
500 ml de leche
Dos limones
馃崑Utensilios:
Un molde de pl谩stico
Una exprimidor de limones
Dos cucharas
Dos tazas pl谩sticas de aproximadamente medio litro
Cuchillo
Rallador
馃崑Preparaci贸n
El primer paso va a ser exprimir el jugo de dos limones en un vaso, se le retiran las pepitas al jugo. Y rallas la concha de un lim贸n
Luego en una taza se agregan la 2/3 leche condensada y se le va agregando poco a poco el jugo de los limones la cantidad de jugo va a depender de qu茅 tan 谩cido quieres que quede la torta. Luego le agregas la ralladura de limon
En otro envase vas a mezclar un tercio de leche condensada con la leche l铆quida
Ahora en el molde pl谩stico, vamos a poner la mezcla de leche condensada con lim贸n en la base del molde.
Ponemos una capa de galletas Mar铆a y la ba帽amos en la mezcla de leche y leche condensada.
Luego ponemos otra capa de galletas Mar铆a, y as铆 iremos hasta completar el molde.
Lo tapamos y procedemos a meter en la nevera m铆nimo por 24 horas.
Luego podemos servir y disfrutar 馃崑馃挌 mientras m谩s d铆as m谩s sabor tendr谩
