One of my favorite Chocolate Brands is very little known Erich Hamann Manufacture. They produce fantastic darc chocolate and chocolate with tea for coffee flavor.
Most people don't know how much sugar is in normal chocolate. I always ask people to eat a cacao bean, yes not sweet at all. So after that you can imagine how much sugar is in a normal chocolate. I love chocolate so I always buy dark chocolate as it has less sugar inside. The Erich Hamann dark chocolate is to die for.
