Hello namaste,How are you all? I hope you are all well. Once again, I have brought a spicy and delicious dish for you called Chura Mungfali Snack. This is an Indian breakfast loved by both children and elderly alike. I learned this recipe from my grandmother, so let me share with you how to make it. I hope you all will like my grandmother's recipe.

#馃尯馃尯 Ingredients馃尯馃尯
馃尲- 1 cup flattened rice (poha)
馃尲- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
馃尲- 2 big onions, finely chopped
馃尲- 1 green chili, finely chopped
馃尲- 1 tablespoon oil
馃尲- Salt to taste
馃尲- Juice from 2 big lemons
馃尲- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
馃尲- 1 small inch of ginger
馃尲- Coriander leaves for garnishing
馃尲- Cumin seeds and mustard seeds
馃尲-Turmeric powder and chili powder.

馃尯馃尯Instructions馃尯馃尯

  1. Wash the flattened rice in water for a few seconds and then drain it. Keep it aside.

  1. Roast the peanuts separately.

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds until they crackle.

  1. Add onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili to the hot oil. Saut茅 until the onions are translucent.

  1. Add the Turmeric powder and chili powder.flattened rice and mix well.

  1. Add salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala. Mix everything thoroughly.

  1. Chura Mungfali snack is ready. Garnish it with roasted peanuts and coriander leaves.
