Ramen is my comfort food, actually food is my comfort on days where I cannot seem to function very well. It's just ramen holds a special place in my heart. Truth be told, nothing beats a warm bowl of salty savory broth with hand-pulled noodles.
I cannot really say that I have tasted the best ramen since I have only been to Rai Rai Ken and Sachi here in Cebu City. A lot of my friends have been constantly mentioning that I visit the famous Yushoken in Oakridge Cebu ( which I will definitely do soon). But really, I just want to hop in a plane and go to Japan, where most people vouched, to have the best ramen in the entire world. Oh how I miss the flavors bursting in your mouth once you slurp on that delictable broth and its well cooked noodles.
