Ingredients:
1 Carrot
1 Calabacin
1 red or green paprika
1/2 Cabbage
1/2 Onion
1/8 Cup of Oil (30ml)
1 teaspoon salt
Soy sauce
1 cup of rice
100 grams of chopped ham
1 Cubito
1/2 Liter of Chicken Broth
Preparation Mode
chop the vegetables to taste, the carrot, the zucchini, the cabbage and the paprika
We take a large pan and put oil, let it heat a little and add the chopped onion, leave a few seconds until the onion is crystalline.
Then we place the carrot because its cooking is a bit slower than the other vegetables, then we place the zucchini, the paprika, the ham and the cabbage.
Between one vegetable and another when we place it, we should let it cook for two minutes.
Once mixed all the vegetables proceed to place a teaspoon of salt, soy sauce to taste and other seasonings if you wish.
Now we put the cup of rice.
And finally we put the chicken broth.
