Today I made a corn cake, and it is something different from what I had done, it was a recipe that I saw a few months ago and I wanted to try it.
The ingredients for this recipe are:
400 grams of sweet corn
3 eggs
1 cup of oil
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups cornmeal
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Hoy prepare una torta de ma铆z, y es algo diferente de lo que hab铆a hecho, fue una receta que v铆 hace unos meses y quise intentarlo.
Los ingredientes para esta receta son:
400 gramos de ma铆z
3 huevos
1 taza de aceite
1 1/2 taza az煤car morena
2 tazas harina de ma铆z
2 tazas de leche
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 cucharadita polvo de hornear
We are going to pour all these ingredients into a blender and blend it well.
Vamos a verter todos estos ingredientes en una batidora y lo batimos bien.
Then we put all this in a mold, I put parchment paper on all sides because things always stick to that mold.
Despu茅s pasamos todo esto a un molde, yo le puse papel mantequilla por todos lados porque siempre se me quedan las cosas pegadas en ese molde.
And we take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Y lo llevamos al horno precalentado a 180 grados por 45 minutos.
When it comes out of the oven, we wait for it to cool down and on top you can put a meringue or some decoration of your choice (I would recommend some coconut cream for the flavor) the taste is corn like eating a corn tortilla but very sweet
Al salir del horno esperamos a que se enfr铆e y por encima le pueden poner un merengue o alguna decoraci贸n de preferencia (recomendar铆a alguna crema de coco por el sabor) el sabor que tiene es a ma铆z como comer una tortilla de ma铆z pero dulce
