Hello friends and followers of this incredible ¨Wednesday Walk Community¨:  Once again accompanying my friends @tattoodjay @elizacheng in their great contests ¨MakemeSmile¨:  ¨WednesdayWalk¨:  I love walking in natural surroundings, I really enjoy being close to wildlife, there are many beautiful things that make me smile when you see them, a very beneficial action for our health. Life can be very different if we see everything with a smile

If you follow my posts regularly you will have noticed that yesterday there was no activity on my blog, as I had mentioned, I had to attend the nutritionist's control. Things did not go as expected, I have gained a kilogram and that did not have to happen, in addition, he has found an irregularity in the "pressure" that led to a control that I must do for seven days to study the behavior of the "pressure"

After visiting the "nutritionist" and taking advantage of the fact that I was in the city, I visited a "chiropractor" specialist, this is a professional who deals with performing localized "physiotherapy" on the vertebrae compromised and that are causing the problem with the "sciatic nerve". These are the reasons for my lack of activity yesterday, as you know, visiting these health professionals takes a lot of time and requires a lot of patience, as it can take all day

Yesterday was a day with a lot of city, although my city is beautiful, I don't like to spend much of the day in it, one more valid reason why today's walk we are doing in a natural environment. I really like natural green, and a natural environment doesn't have to be colorful to look beautiful, there are many different shades of green that make the bush look beautiful
