August 9th is the day we celebrate the Indigenous people and Javanese Immigration. On this day, I enjoy the culture of the indigenous people a little extra. As a foodie, I've always loved the different food creations these people make.
As my roots are a mixture of the Ingi and Maron (near Cottica - Plantage Marseille), I've stated that I least need to learn how to prepare/make the one dish I am allowed to eat, that is prepared from cassava/yuka.
Now I'm here sharing my dish with you... cooked on Saturday evening, gobble on Sunday midday!
